underwhelming experience at this hotel

promised breakfastinconsistent housekeeping
I must say, my room's alleged garden view was a joke. i faced an apartment building, complete with laundry flapping on balconies. the promised boxed breakfast never materialized despite confirmation. Seemed they just forgot or didn't care to arrange it. housekeeping was inconsistent. Sometimes i got water, sometimes not, and don't even get me started on the disappearing coffee refills. such a charade.

I found the location ideal. A short walk put me right in the heart of the action. the rooftop pool offered lovely views. I enjoyed taking a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. breakfast was tasty, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. i also appreciated the easy walk to the town center!
the restaurant, while offering excellent food, felt a bit too bright. this small detail detracted slightly from the overall ambiance.

charmed stay

quiet streetgood mealsreally good hospitalitymissed towels
The hotel is near shops and the train station. This made exploring easy. A restaurant across the street offered good meals. The staff showed really good hospitality. I enjoyed my stay because of such considerations.
Housekeeping sometimes missed leaving bath towels after cleaning. It was an inconvenience. I had to ask for towels on some evenings. This issue needs more attention, i think. this did not mar my enjoyment of the hotel, but it does need addressing.
